Daily Gaming Screenshot: Sega's Collection (Shining Force #3) *SEGA Genesis Classics* has you playing as a person playing games in his/her retro-room. You can easily get out of the *"full screen"* mode and look at the screen, though this #VR section doesn't look very good on Switch Lite. https://imgur.com/savXRpC.jpg https://imgur.com/ReP817t.jpg https://imgur.com/7jUiADm.jpg #dailyscreenshots #gaming @ahmadmangazap

You should stream some gameplay on hive @lordavatarii

I remember selling Sega Genesis systems in the store when they were brand new. Those were the gold old days. !hivebits

Posted via D.Buzz @magnacartabuzz

Thanks for the suggestion... I can't do it, because my internet is so bad it'll struggle to stream even at a consistent 240p (which is bad even if it was consistent.) I could upload videos, but it's a lot of effort if I don't know how much it'll give me back in rewards.

Posted via D.Buzz @ahmadmangazap

Oh, the 16-bit era was ending by the time I was born so I never experienced it. My first "true" console was a Playstation. Did you own the store or just work there? It must've felt warm to be a video games seller in times the gaming wasn't so big & felt more like a family. !LUV

Posted via D.Buzz @ahmadmangazap

The store was part of a chain, so I just worked there in various capacities. For a store which sold computer software in boxes, the video games added a big boost to the bottom line (plus a lot of theft). !hivebits

Posted via D.Buzz @magnacartabuzz

It seems you can't have one without the other: > ***the video games added a big boost to the bottom line (plus a lot of theft).*** !LOLZ Makes sense it was a store chain though.~ Which country is this again?

Posted via D.Buzz @ahmadmangazap

Unites States, specifically New York. Crime was still a major problem in those days. !hivebits

Posted via D.Buzz @magnacartabuzz
