I do agree about the potential and theory... It just isn't working right now, and the NFT-people are trying to direct the technology to a direction I don't like. (A greed-based one.) The problem this video introduced to me about video game NFT-based DRM, is the fact that companies have to *agree* first to make their products available as NFT & regulate the NFT-space for copyright protection. Disgaea 6 isn't a bad entryway to the series but it's not a good representation for it in terms of gameplay, (it is in terms of story.) If you want the best representation for the series gameplay I recommend *Disgaea 5.* You can jump at any entry. I only played the demo so from that & reviews I read: On its own Disgaea 6 is a good tactics/strategy RPG game with a comedic story that parodies games and movies. The gameplay is different & more streamlined than Disgaea games before.
